9. A factory worker pushes a 30kg crate distance of 4.5m along a level floor at constant
velocity. The coefficient of kinetic friction between the crate and the floor is 0.25. What is
the magnitude of the force must the worker apply?
10. A 5kg box lies on a horizontal frictionless platform; if a 10N force directed to the left
acts on it and it is observed that the net force is 20N to the right, find the magnitude and
direction of the other force acting on the object.
