50 Years Later

After graduating high school Claire grew up in any typical love story.( She went to the
Ohio University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in teaching.) Claire got a teaching job at
Westerville North High School. Shortly after turning 21, Claire married her high school
sweetheart John Bender. Starting her new teaching job,( Claire and John decided to have kids.
They ended up having three kids, they had two boys and a girl.) Working at Westerville North as
a math teacher for 9 years Claire had a big surprise coming.( Her 30th birthday was on a
friday. During school there was an announcement made that) Claire Bender was
recognized for being teacher of the year. She was rewarded with a raise. (That same day
was Claire's and Benders 10th anniversary, the day couldn't have been any better for Claire
getting promoted and coming home to dinner cooked and flowers on the table for her. Claire's
hard work payed off, staying after school to help her students with math.) (On Claire's 40th
birthday she was then offered to be the principle of Westerville North.) The current
principal was retiring and they were looking for a new principle that would fit the position. All the
other teachers and staff agreed that Claire was the best fit for this job.( Few years later Claire
and Bender were both turning 50.) (Shortly after there 50th birthday was Claire's and Benders
25th anniversary. Claire and bender never left Westerville very much, it was to hard having three
kids, but this year was different all the kids were older and able to take care of themself. Spring
break was coming up for them and to celebrate being together for 25 years they were taking a
trip to hawaii.) When coming back from vacation Claire and John received a letter in the mail
from there old high school to come back to celebrate a reunion.Claire and John had another trip
coming. Few weeks later they were arriving to there old high school. Claire and John met up
with their groups Claire saw all of her old popular/wealthy high school friends. Claire acted like
she was happy to see them. They all sat down and talked about their new lives and what was

going on in them. Claire told them how she married John and had three kids. Her friend Lucy
then started telling the group how she was promoted to assistant principal. Claire then had to
tell everyone how she got promoted to principal. Claire felt bad, but just wanted to share her
good news. Few minutes later Claire and John met back up and was looking for their detention
buddies, Andrew, Brian and Allison. They finally all got together after the one day they spent in
detention. They all started sharing what they have been doing.
