Learning Experience
Through my education at Bridgewater College and Liberty University I have gained
knowledge from many different aspects of the Nutrition and Wellness field. I have had
the opportunity to learn basic nutrition concepts, but also nutrition across the lifespan,
nutrition for the athlete, and health concepts from a personal aspect and also on a
community level. The classes required for my BS degree have also allowed me to
expand my learning into the science behind the field of nutrition with classes such as,
organic chemistry, exercise physiology, human anatomy, and principle of health and
physical fitness.
