    Reflection #2 and #3

    The poster neurons helped me a lot. Being able to watch the steps and the change in
    charges was very helpful. The cafeteria demonstration also helped a lot. The hands on
    demonstration sided me in understanding what moved in and out and when and vice versa. I
    would like to continue studying the action potential and the speed at which it occurs. I struggled
    with the action potential steps originally but those two projects helped.
