This matter should be fulfilled due to government high concern and act about this lately, also to provide us valid data if there are any claims/problems arouse. ‘Accordingly, we want to confirm you master list data that IRP has already received for data completeness that must be attached to the request facility on import of machinery (facility of free import duty and tax exemption) pursuant to the Rule of Head of BKPM (Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board) No. 5 In 2013, but there are several items that we need to ‘add and confirm for getting more info/supplementary documents from SEPCO Ill (the raster list is attached in this letter). There are three additional item required: First, we needs engineering data and brochures on goods imported machines including images/drawing, description and specification. Second, please submit us sketch and drawing layout plant machinery / equipment or technical drawings of buildings related to imported goods (detail basic design). Third, we need estimated data for import time schedule (fill in the column provided in master list). We required SEPCO Ill submitting all required data/document above before importing the goods/machinery/part to Indonesia. ‘Thanks for your cooperation and attention.
