To get to the Benoni Practice in Westdene:

Take the N12 highway (connecting Johannesburg to Benoni to Witbank)
(if you are coming from the airport on the R21 then take the N12 Witbank)
Take the Atlas Road / Boksburg turnoff (about a 10 minute drive from Eastgate)
At the turnoff robot turn South towards Boksburg (ie turn right and cross over the
highway if you are coming from Joburg; turn left if you are coming from Springs)
At the second robot turn left into Lakefield road (this is continuous with NorthRand Rd
which runs past the East Rand Mall).
Go along Lakefield Rd past the Optiklin Eye Hospital on your left hand side.
At the next robot (by the Wimpy Roadhouse) turn right into Windermere Street
(continuous with Klein Street). At the T-junction turn left.
Turn right into the first street on the right side next to the golf course
This is Sunnyside Ave (not to be confused with Sunny Ave nearby).
Proceed up Sunnyside Ave until a T-junction with Racecourse Road.
Turn left at this T-junction and proceed until house number 23.
The house will be on your right and has a white wall.

In the Map Book: Locate the corner of Sunnyside and Aloe in Westdene.

Remember to bring along everything to do with your eyes such as all glasses, contact
lenses, contact lens containers and solutions, strengths of lenses if you know them, all
drops and ointments that you have been using or the names of the drops, etc.
