The above listed subject was issued tickets for the above listed
charges after patrol observed the vehicle he was operating
traveling on Market Street at a high rate of speed. Radar
confirmed speed of the vehicle to be 45 mph in a posted 30 mph
zone. Further investigation revealed the causes of the additional
charges.
