Dear Sirs:
This letter is to notify you about a disturbing problem I have had with the customer
service at the Chilis restaurant on Fayetteville Road on June 26 th, 2015.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service in this restaurant due to long (20-30
minutes) waiting time for drinks, long waiting time for the food, and the
uninterested and rude demeanor our waitress had. It should be alarming for both
your side and ours that she also never returned after our meal to collect our checks.
I have attempted to resolve the problem by contacting the manager of the venue,
however I never received any compensation, nor have I received an apology of any
kind. I have enclosed the receipt from my visit, which serves as proof of my visit and
includes the name of my server and the ID of the venue in which my party and I
were dining.
The problem has yet to be recognized or resolved, and I am requesting your
assistance. I would like a full refund of my purchase from that night, a personal
apology from the stores management, and a complimentary meal should I choose
to go back.
Please contact me within 7-10 business days to confirm that you will assist in my
request. If not, I will proceed to file a complaint to the proper agencies for
investigation.
