The eThekwini Municipalitys Economic Development and Investment Promotion Unit

requests proposals for a consultant/service provider to develop a Business Plan for a
Clothing and Textiles Hub as a pilot project to service the infrastructure needs of the
Clothing and Textiles sector in the eThekwini municipality.
Interested parties can collect the Terms of Reference document which outlines the
requirements for this proposal from the Economic Development and Investment Promotion
Unit (ED&IPU) offices on the 11th Floor of 41 Margaret Mncadi Avenue (Victoria
Embankment), Durban 4001; work days between 8:00 and 16:00, or can contact the

for submissions of proposals is 14:00 (2pm) on Friday 08th March 2013 at the ED&IPU Offices.
NO LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED. The EP&IPU reserves the right not to appoint
for this contract.
