    To whom it mav concern:

    was Emily (Stamper) White's student teaching supervisor dtring her 2015 student teaching
    assignment. Emily has completed sixteen weeks of student teaching under my supervision. She
    started in a kindergarten classroom at Monroe Primary School. Emily taught lessons in whole
    group, small Broup, and conferenced individually with students as well. I am pleased to write a
    letter of recommendation for her.

    During Mrs. White's student teaching experience, she was highly motivated to leam as much as
    she could and perform to her best capacities. She asked for feedback and accepted constructive
    criticism with maturity. It should be noted that she came in earlier in the year than was required
    to gain as much experience as she could. Emily can think on her feet. If she sees a lesson is not
    going well she can shift to something else to get the lesson across. In conclusion, she has had
    an extremely well-rounded experience !

    Emily has many strengths, but her main shength from my observations was her ability to come
    in, gradually take over the classroom, ffid do it as though she was a seasoned veteran. She
    always seemed sincerely interested in the learners' progress and presented new material in a
    way that captured their attention. She did a great job of recognizing when a student needed
    special assistance or attention. Emily showed up each day with a smile on her face and ready to
    teach the leamers.

    In summary, Emily displayed the qualities that make a successful teacher. She is dependable,
    motivated, ffid in tune with the needs of her leamers. She works well with colleagues and
    administration and is able to learn from those around her. I am extremely proud of her and
    pleased to write a letter of recommendation for her. Please feel free to contact me should you
