    This is to certify that the tests of caustic tank (Manufactured by Thermofab
    Engineers, Pune for Hyaline Enviro Engineers Pvt. Ltd, Hyderabad) inspection held
    on 7th october 2015 at Thermo fab Engineers, Bhosari, Pune by SGS India Pvt. Ltd,
    pune for L&T power Baroda were done as per Approved QAP document (BHE-L826QA00-01-QCG-04-001) following approved data sheet (BHE-L826-YT01-01-PBC- 120019) and the test results that the Caustic tank is manufactured following all the
    standards and requirements as per the approved QAP and Data sheet. The said
    material now can be sent for rubber lining and further process.
