Program Begin Date: August 17, 2015 Program Time: 3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. Program pick up begins at 5:30 p.m. promptly. Alll children must be picked up from site by 5:45 p.m. All late parents will be assessed a late fee of $5.00 for every 15 minutes they are late. Pay It Forward (PIF) Notices will be issued to late parents. Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays are academic assistance days. Students will have the opportunity to start on homework, participate in educationally linked activities and take advantage of the targeted tutoring sessions led by classroom teachers. Wednesdays are enrichment days and there will be a variety of courses and clubs students can choose to participate. Enrichment Club/Course Selection Sheets are enclosed in this mailing. Discuss the options with your child, make his/her 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices and return the form to the school by Monday, September 14th. Students will be assigned to Enrichment Courses on a FIRST COME FIRSE SERVED basis. Get your selection sheet in FIRST. FUN FRIDAYS will close out the week. Students will enjoy special activities, field trips and visits with community leaders and volunteers.
