At this document will be see different aspects of a legal system of two countries,
which are too close but to faraway of cultural distance and any other things

In the U.S.A. are different types of laws and processes where the infractor of these
laws can be judge by a group of citizen who determinates if the accused is innocent
or guilty, although in Mexico there are no group of citizen who determinates a
verdict but there are lawyers too and judges who study the proves meanwhile the
apparent felon is temporary in jail. There are two different constitutions the Mexican
constitution and the bad named American constitution, each constitution is based
on different types of values according to the thoughts of the people at the years
that each constitution were created, for example, the American constitution is said
to be based on patriotism where the nation is first that anything. In U.S.A. are more
chances to get freedom after being processes because a charge of being a felon,
because is easy to manipulate the thoughts of the citizen recurring to the bases of
American constitution, but in Mexico is harder than this because are too long
processes where the accused can reply without physical proves
Another point of analysis is the culture of Americans and Mexicans, this is
a very important point because it is said that the laws of each Country are based on
culture of the region; although the three countries that make up North America are
physically close, the Mexicans are simply a different country than our northern
neighbors. We have a different history and a different culture and ways of doing and
looking at things. Many people have assumed that things are the same "south of the
border", with sometimes serious consequences. The Mexican, our beliefs,
expectations and codes of personal and social conduct are so different as to be from
a different world. (or as we said it, Americans are from a different world).

In conclusions it can be said that is better to be accused of a crime in the U.S.A.

than in Mexico because the beliefs and the system they have
