PLEASE DO KEEP ON UPDATING ME WITH YOUR WEIGHT AFTER EVERY DETOX

DAY 1
7:15... Lukewarm water with lemon or have glass of lukewarm water along + aloe Vera juice.
8:15a mug of milk 8-10 Almonds 2-3 digestive cookies
10:15: Fruits other than Banana or Mango
12:15: Moong daal chilla with a bowl of curd with a bowl of cucumber salad with it....
2:45 ..only MAUSAMI juices
5:45 Veg Khichri
7:15 (only MAUSAMI juices )
8:30 one Roti Without OIL with vegetable (LESS OIL) and curd
Post dinner (half one hour before going to bed) ( 1-2 glasses of lukewarm water 2-3 drops of lemon

DAY 2
7:15... Lukewarm water with lemon or have glass of lukewarm water along + aloe Vera juice.
8:15: a mug of milk with any digestive cookies with 8-10 almonds soaked
10:15 ( fruits only ) it's just the same i mentioned ...
12:15 ( 50-100 grams paneer with 1-2 roti and a big bowl of salad )
2:45 ( only MAUSAMI juice )
5:45 ( Oats with vegetables with a mug of black coffee and green tea in it )
7:15 only MAUSAMI juice.
8:30 one Roti Without OIL with vegetable (LESS OIL) and curd
Post dinner (half one hour before going to bed) one fruit (preferably PAPITA)

DAY 3
7:15... Lukewarm water with lemon or have glass of lukewarm water along + aloe Vera juice.
8:15 ( 1-2 mugs milk 8-10 almonds ...2-3 digestive cookies ......
10:15 ( fruits only )

12:15....dried moong daal yellow with 1-2 roti with a big bowl of salad with it
2:45 (MAUSAMI juice) 350ml
5:45 (oats with vegetables in it)
7:15 (only MAUSAMI juices )
8:30 one Roti Without OIL with vegetable (LESS OIL) and curd
Post dinner (half one hour before going to bed) ( 1-2 glasses of lukewarm water 2-3 drops of lemon )

DAY 4 this is new detox......


7:15... Lukewarm water with lemon OR have glass of lukewarm water along + aloe Vera juice.
8:15 ( normal milk )
10:15 Fruits only
12:15 Fruits only
2:45 ( fruits only )
5:45 (normal milk with 1 banana )
7:15 ( fruits only)
8:30 vegetable (LESS OIL) and curd and SALAD
Post dinner (half one hour before going to bed) one fruit (preferably PAPITA)

DAY 5
7:15... Lukewarm water with lemon or have glass of lukewarm water along + aloe Vera juice.
8:15 ( a mug of milk 8-10 almonds and digestive cookies)
10:15 ( fruits only)
12:15: 50-100 grams paneer with 1-2 roti with a big bowl of salad ..
2:45 ( 1-2 glasses of mausmi juices)
5:45 1-2 packets of oats with vegetables in it .
7:15 ( only MAUSAMI juice )
8:30 1 bananas and 1 glass of milk

Post dinner (half one hour before going to bed) ( 1-2 glasses of lukewarm water 2-3 drops of lemon )

DAY 6
DETOX DAY.... Remain on milk fruits ... Same as DAY-4
