pooling Under the master Plan Of L-Zone . The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is
responsible for building residential projects and other infrastructural projects. The L-Zone is at
the hearth of everything good. DDA reviewed the master plan 2021 and decided to introduce
Land Pooling Policy. Delhi Smart Cities Location in South Delhi and Spread over 22,840
Hectares of Land, the L-Zone will Provide housing solution in the shape of Development of
Smart Cities. Delhi Dreams will be providing high end facilities to live in. The zone is planned to
have 100% power back up, uninterrupted water supply, high speed net connectivity, 30 mins
medical facility and lush green areas. Under This Plan the Authority have Divided Delhi into 15
Zones, Wherein L-Zone is the largest and boasts Najafgarh as the only census town in the zone.
