A block of mass 0.1kg is attached to a spring and placed on a horizontal frictionless table. The
spring is stretched 20 cm when a force of 5N is applied. Calculate the spring constant.
How much work is done to displace horizontally a body 40m by a force of 200N whose angle
with the horizontal is 30o.
A car goes round a curve at 20m/s. The radius of curvature is 50m. Calculate the centripetal
acceleration of the car.
With what constant velocity can a 1960 watt motor raise a mass of 100 kg?
