Request for additional documentation related to the MSc Programme in Molecular Biomedicine

Dear Mina Samy Sobhy Anis


Your application for the MSc programme requires the submission of the following types of documentation, which are
currently missing from the application.
In order to assess your qualifications we must receive the following documentation:
- Course descriptions in English (a description of the content of the courses)
- Self-assessment in English
- Description of marking scale in English
- In the application system you have indicated that you have a Danish residence permit.
Please send us proof of this no later than the date indicate below. If you do not have a Danish residence permit please
email us at msc-admissions@science.ku.dk we will edit your application for you to reflect this.
Please re-submit the application with the above documentation attached no later than the 15th of January 2016.
Until this date you will be able to edit and re-send your application in order to include the required documentation. If we
do not receive the required documentation before this date, we will be unable to assess your qualifications and your
application will not be processed.

If you are accepted to the programme you will receive further information on how to hand in final documentation for the
completion of your application. This includes:
- A certified copy of your bachelors diploma before the 20th of September 2016.
- Proof of your English Language proficiency before the 1st of June 2016. The current letter attached is stating that all
subjects of the syllabi were delivered in English, this is not sufficient. We must receive documentation stating that English
was the language of instruction.
You access the application and upload the requested documentation as follows.
1. Go to the tab "See status of applications".
2. Find the application and click "Edit application".
3. Look through the tabs and find the button marked with orange.
4. Click the orange button and upload the new attachment.
5. Go to the tab "Send application" and click the button "Submit application".
Please note that the requested documentation must be submitted before the deadline given above.
