RENTAL AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITION

This Rental Agreement is made by DH TRANSPORT the owner and the party who is particular and
signature appear on the reverse part and subject to all the terms and conditions appearing on this
page whether printed or written. The renter acknowledges and agrees as follows:
1. Rate are minimum of 24 hours rental. Additional hour will be calculated based on after drop
off the car. All rental rates include maintenance, oil and any cost of repair incurred during
rental period will only be refunded upon presentation part suppliers receipt. All rate are
quoted in the local currency (RM) and subject to change without prior notice.
2. Vehicle is owners property. This agreement is for use of rented vehicle only. While vehicle
is on rental to renter, renter is not owners agent for any purposes. Any vehicle service or
replacement of part or accessory during the rental period must have owners prior
approval.
3. In the collision to the vehicle whereby damage to the vehicle sustained, the renter shall
pay to the owner on the damage total cost. The renter is responsible in any accident
occured during the rental period include the damage involve the third party. The renter
also responsible in any cost that result on renters injury or involved third party injury
occured on the accident.
4. The renter is not allowed to using owners car to do any crime and any breaking a law of
Malaysia. Every effort to ensure the renter from denying using the owners car for the
purpose of law violations, have been made and any violations of law made by the renter is
outside or owner acknowledge.
5. The renter is responsible on all the compound such as Police, JPJ, KCPS, DBKU, MBKS, court
case and any compound during the rental period.

6. The renter is responsible on the loss of the car during the rental period.
We have read and agreed to the term and condition on both sides of this rental agreement. I
hereby authorize you to bill me for all charges which may have been incurred during the rental
period.
