    PREVENTING DEFORMATION OF SHAFT BRACKET

    Details
    [Phenomena]
    During opening and closing of the upper main body of the DF-A1, the shaft bracket that secures the support
    shaft may be deformed.
    [Cause]
    A lack of shaft bracket strength may cause the plate to be deformed because of the additional stress placed
    on the support shaft when the upper main body is opened or closed.
    [Factory measure]
    The thickness of the shaft bracket has been increased from 1.0 mm to 1.6 mm to increase its strength.
