Run all field operations for a large geographical area that is expanding. Accountabilities include but are
not limited to customer service/relations, repairs, inventory, hiring, training, design, implementation and
generally keeping everything running outside of the office.

Independent Contractor 2002 - 2005

Extensive experience throughout this period in identifying problems and providing solutions that were
workable and profitable. I repeatedly proved my abilities to be able to eliminate waste, identify areas
that need improvement, and implement sensible changes.

In each business area, I’ve managed operations including finance, marketing, customer relations,
outside sales, distribution, hiring, training and problem solving. With Dave’s, I grew 1 restaurant to a
chain of 5 profitable operations. At Aero Clean, I grew from 50 to 250 profitable aircraft operations.
Ashford was also in a growth mode until digital photography went private.
