NORDTRAD 2016

Dear Nordtrad network members,

We are looking forward to seeing all of you in Viljandi, Estonia from the 19th to the 24th of April 2016 to have
together exiting days full of folk music, inspiration, concerts and motivating workshops - it is Nordtrad 2016!
The topic of the meeting will be revealed soon. We confirm that the team has loads of different exciting ideas
and we do our best to organize a wonderful meeting everybody will remember.

Dates: 19.-24. April 2016
Meeting Venues: UT Viljandi Culture Academy, Estonian Folk Music Centre
Participant costs: 320 euros for students, 420 euros (twin room) and 530 euros (single room) for lecturers fee includes accommodation and meals. (The costs are calculated as of today and may become a bit smaller
if we manage to get more funding for the conference. We will let you know.)
Important deadlines
December 1 - please let us know how many participants approximately are going to attend the meeting from
your school (the limit will be 8 participants per school, let us know when more people would like to attend)
January 1 - January 30 - registration via Google Form
February 28 - deadline for transferring the participation fee
NB! The participation fee will not be reimbursed for cancellations notified after February 28.
Teachers are most welcome to visit us with ERASMUS.
There's also time in the schedule for some guest workshops. Anyone interested in hosting one - please let us
know as soon as possible.
