    MASHAPAUG NAHAGANSET TRIBE DECLARATION OF REPATRIATION NATION MEMBER ROLL AFFIDAVIT & PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF TRIBAL NATION DECLARATION This document was prepared by’ Mashapaug Nahaganset Tribe c/o 199 Camp Street Providence Rhode Island FIRST: This is lawfial Constructive Notice and is sent pursuant to the Constitution of the United States, speifically, Amtcle sec. 2; 1-12 Amendments [Bill of Rights]. in particular, the First, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Ninth, and Tenth Amendments, and pursuant to law of affidavits ‘and rebuttal , and requires your written response to me specific to the subject matter. Failure to respond by Parties of interest to this Notice, as stipulated, must respond, rebut, with particularity, everything inthis Afidavtt of Constructive Notice and Declaration with which you disagree is ‘your lawful, legal and binding agreement with an admission to the fat that everything in this Affidavit and Notice is true, correct, legal lawful and ‘ly binding upon you and those who may’ represent you in any court in America, and under the authority ofthe United Nations law of nations, shal, withow your properly rebutted response, be accepted by the Mashapaug Nahaganset Nation without your protest or objection or that of those who represent you or any STATE in the United States of America, and your silence is your acquiescence. Vs Tweel, $50 F 24.297. “Silence can only be equated with fraud where there isa legal or moral duty 10 speak or when an inguiry left unanswered would be intentionally misleading COMES Now, This OFFICIAL AFFIDAVIT AND NOTICE from Neesu Wushuwunoag, Pomham Sachem of the Mashapaug Nahaganset Tribe, is to issue this official PROCLAMATION outlining the intention, purpose and rights of the Mashapaug Nahaganset Tribe and people. This Official Proclamation is established under official Council decree of the Mashapaug Nahaganset Tribe, and is herein ordered for the purpose of publically announcing the membership of the members under the internationally protected Tribal Trust Charter of the Mashapaug Nahaganset Tribe. This Notice provides information for the purpose of identity and standing of the listed tribal members of the Mashapaug Nahaganset Tribe. The lawful and legal standing of each member is distinct and separate from the status and jurisdiction of citizens of the United States. The members of the nation are free from all commercial claims instituted by the United States under fraud and criminal conversion. The members are original “Petitioners” of United States Commerce Department Identity reclassification and repatriation claims, Whereas, the said Mashapaug Nahaganset Clans people, by Tribal Trust Charter resolution of the Mashapaug Nahaganset Tribal Trust Council of, on, and within the ancestral lands of the Mashapaug Nahaganset, and within the Mashapaug Nahaganset tribal territories currently known as “State of Rhode Island’ on Turtle Island, and known to the world communities as America, have provided documentation of identity and standing as ABORIGINE and declared in claims filed to and against the United States Department of Commerce on December 26, 2014. These claims met the United Nations Sustainable Development 2015 Agenda concerning claims deadlines against the United States, and the same were responded to by the United States Inspector General for order of identity correction (February 6, 2015, Complaint Number 15-0387 US. 135 Department of Commerce). Validations are also found and declared within the birth records of each and every member of the Mashapaug Nahaganset Tribe, recognized as “American Indian’, victims of fraud, identity theft and misidentification, and herein reclassified in harmony with the Supreme Court and Congressional provision following the 1967 repealed doctrine of the Racial Integrity Act of 1924, adopted by the various states of the United States, and applied in conjunction with the destructive “One Drop Rule of 1910”, all of which unfolded with the ruling of Loving v. Virginia ‘The people of the Mashapaug Nahaganset clans and Tribe are living Sentient Beings, Indigenous and Aboriginal to the Americas, having a chosen / forced status as Nationals of the de jure United States of ‘America. Should any person, entity, man or woman deem that the statements above are not true or has any claim against any member of the Mashapaug Nahaganset Tribe, such claimants must respond to this Affidavit and Notice by submitting notarized affidavit rebutting the claims of the Mashapaug Nahaganset Tribe within fifteen (15) days of the filing of this Affidavit Notice filed in the Providence County Register of Deeds. This Affidavit and Notice left Un-ebutted after tity (30) days from the date of County recoding, shall stands as fact in law.
