Technology is simply a tool to aid


education and learning in classroom

DEFINITION : the most useful accessible way to create and
present visual aid.
ADVANTAGES :
i) Easy to create Colorful, attractive designs using templates
ii)Easy to modify
iii) Easy to drop and drag slide to re-order presentation
iv) Easy to present and maintain eye contact with a large
audience by simply advancing the slide with a keystroke,
eliminating the need for handout to follow the message
DISADVANTAGES :
i) reduce complex subject to a set of bullet
ii) Basic equipment required to present; need to have a computer
iii)Just only presenting rather than outlining.

DEFINITION : a free platform to help high
school students with revision
ADVANTAGES :

DEFINITION : is a web-based learning system that simulates real-world education
by integrating the concept of conventional education.
ADVANTAGES :
i. Teachers can give assignments, tests and marks virtually
ii. While students can send their homework and check the marks obtained by Frog
VLE.
iii. Parents can also communicate with teachers.
iv. School administrators can organize the school calendar and posting notices on
the Internet
v. Can be accessed anywhere, at anytime
. DISADVANTAGE :
i. Requires internet connection
ii. Teachers need the skills to manage Frog VLE.

DEFINITION :Designed forsocial learning, with learners gathered
around a common screen
ADVANTAGES :

ii. Can be created by anyone, for any subject and learners of any age
iii. May be played using any device, desktop or laptop with a web
browser

i. The competitive nature of the application; cause slower students to
see themselves as failing
ii. the achievement gap cause students become very discouraged.
