Defendants, 1654754 ONTARIO, INC. d/b/a WINK INTIMATES, ANDREA CLAIR,
and ANASTASIOS KOSKINAS (Defendants are collectively referred to as Wink), hereby
give Notice that the Defendants in the above named case hereby appeal to the United States
Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit from an order dismissing Defendants counterclaim for
patent infringement entered in this action on December 1, 2015 (D.E. 138), and from any and all
other judgments, orders, opinions, rulings, and findings pertinent or ancillary to the foregoing,
including without limitation the Courts Orders dated September 29, 2015 (D.E. 128 and D.E.
129).
Payment of the required fee of $505, representing the $500 fee for docketing a case on
appeal specified in 28 U.S.C. 1913, and the $5 fee for filing a notice of appeal specified in 28
U.S.C. 1917, will be provided concurrently with this Notice of Appeal.
