Daily warm up exercises

Practice in front of a mirror to make sure that your stick hold, hand position and stick heights are
correct. The first stroke to use is the full stroke. With the tip of the stick starting at 90 degrees,
lower it to strike the drum in the centre of the head and allow the tip to return to its original position.
