Maintaining YOUR Mental Wellness


Overview:
For your final culminating project, you are required to complete five different activities
from the various topics. All of the activities demonstrates different acquired learning
from throughout this course. This activity falls under the topic of Family Life Education.
Specific Expectations:
FLV explore the importance of fostering a positive, healthy self-esteem physically,
intellectually, spiritually and socially
FLV discern personal values in light of Gospel values and Church teaching
Task:
A portion of this course was spent on maintaining your mental wellness, now put your
learning into action by creating your own mental wellness plan! For this task, you are to
create a list on how to maintain your own mental health, create a list of possible
triggers, and research a list of other ways and people to assist in maintaining your
mental wellness. Finally, create or find a prayer on mental wellness.
Steps:
Create a personal list on how to maintain your own mental health
Create a list of possible triggers that will affect your mental wellness
Research a list of other ways to maintain/people to assist in maintaining your
mental wellness list must contain 10 different options
Write/find a prayer
Submit:
o Personal list
o List of triggers
o Research list
o Prayer
