ORDER LIFTING STAY OF CASE
On May 19, 2015, the Court entered a stipulated order holding
this case in abeyance pending the resolution of Obergefell v. Hodges in
the United States Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court issued an

opinion in that case on June 26, 2015. Obergefell, __ U.S. _____, 135 S.
Ct. 2584 (2015). Accordingly, the stay of this case is LIFTED.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
