AFFIDAVIT OF SELF-ADJUDICATION
I, REMEGIO A. SOBERANO, of legal age, Filipino, widow, and a
resident of 1463 Purok Suaybaguio, Magugpo North, Tagm City, Davao del
Norte, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
depose and state:
1. That I am the surviving spouse of ARACELI G. SOBERANO, who died
without any last will and testament on November 6, 2014 at Tagum
City, Davao del Norte, Philippines as evidenced by her Death
Certificate issued by the City of Tagum hereto attached as Annex
A and made an integral part of this Affidavit;
2. That at the time her death, my wife had no debts, liabilities or
obligations to any persons, agency or institution;
3. That she left a certain parcels of land which is conjugal and owned in
common with her husband, herein affiant and a savings deposit with
UnionBank, to wit:

being a portion of Lot 11-N-8-F-1,(LRC) Psd-231083),
situated in the Barrio of Magugpo, Mun. of Tagum,
Province of Davao, Island of Mindanao, containing an
area of THREE HUNDRED(300) SQUARE METERS
more or less.
TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE

A parcel of land (Lot 11-M-8-F-1-B, Psd-11-029690,
being a portion of Lot 11-N-8-F-1,(LRC) Psd-231083),
situated in the Barrio of Magugpo, Mun. of Tagum,
Province of Davao, Island of Mindanao, containing an
area of THREE HUNDRED FORTY NINE(349)
SQUARE METERS more or less.

4. That our legitimate children, IAN REY G. SOBERANO, married to
JOCELYN T. SOBERANO, SHEM G. SOBERANO and JAPHET G.
SOBERANO, both residents of 1463, Purok Suaybaguio, Magugpo
North, Tagum City, Davao del Norte, Philippines repudiated their rights
to inherit the property left by their mother, ARACELI G. SOBERANO;

5. That pursuant to Rule 74, Sec. 1 of the Rules of Court, I hereby

adjudicate unto myself the above-described real estates and the bank
deposit by means of this Affidavit and hereby files the same with the
Register of Deed of Tagum City and with the Union Bank with the
request that the said adjudication be made effective without judicial
proceeding as prescribed by the aforementioned provision of the Rules
of Court.
