1. In machine running condition, press roller position automatically
changes. 2. Chain conveyor 1 & 2 drive trips many times. 3. Chain conveyor 3 lifting system not working properly. 4. Press roller jog up & jog down command not working, when mode selector switch is in axis mode. 5. Line conveyor drive tripping many times frequently. 6. Sensor of all three chain conveyor not working. 7. Inspection graph result not showing many times due to problem in encoder three. 8. Pinch roller pneumatic cylinder got damaged many times. 9. Exit pinch roller not working properly many times. 10.Calibration not done due to calibrator rotator translator drive problem. Calibration should be done. 11.Lot of alarm during inspection due to this we are unable to do inspection in auto mode. 12.Feed conveyor operating in manual mode only, due to problem in sensor and bar overlapping in conveyor three. 13.Water filtration system not working due to frequent chocking. 14.Trial of RCS should be done in presence of blue star team. 15.All motors oil seal damaged. 16.Encoder roller got jammed frequently. 17.Calibrator linear and rotator drive should be taken in line. 18. Modification should be done in all panels (Admach).
