Guide on submitting your GST 03 online using MYOB Premier 16.

Here is a step by step guideline on what you need to do in MYOB and on the Royal Malaysian
Customs Department (RMCD) TAP portal to successfully submit your GST 03 returns.
STEP 1: Generate your GST 03 TXT file and save it in your MYOB folder.
1) To generate the GST 03 report, click on Reports on the menu bar, followed by index to reports.

2) Under the GST/Sales tax tab, click on GST 3 [Summary]

3) Customize the report based on your submission requirements and click display.

4) The report will be displayed.

Note: MSIC Code is the GST Registered Business Owners Code.

5) Click send to, and select tab delimited text file. Save the file to your PC.

STEP 2: Submitting your GST 03 online via RMCD online TAP portal
1) Log on to your GST TAP account with your user name and password
https://gst.customs.gov.my/TAP/_/#17
2) Key in your Email Address and Password provided by RMCD when you registered your
business for GST and Log in.

3) In the screen below click on the Account Id field

4) You will see the following screen. Click on File Now.

5) In the screen below select Next

6) In the screen below click import and select your GST 03 summary text file.

7) You will see the following screen with all of your tax information plotted automatically
by MYOB. Click Next

8) In the next screen, click next again as MYOB would have plotted the additional information

9) Click next and you will see the following screen. Click Next.

10) In the final screen below Click on the submit button
