FOR CAR WASH

List of equipment provided:
1) 20M extension cord
2) Dry & wet vacuum cleaner (with two attachments).
3) Portable Car Washer:
3.1) 6M Water hose
3.2) Spray gun
3.3) Brush attachment
3.4) Supply cable
4) Wheel Brush.
5) General purpose brush.
6) 3M glass cleaner.
7) 3M car shampoo 1 L.
8) 3M car dashboard dresser 250 ML.
9) 1L spray bottle.
10) Car Perfume Spray(Aerosol).
11) Invoice book.
Steps to be completed with in 20 minutes of arrival (Exterior):
1) Find water supply at the location
2) Find 230V mains power supply at the location, if not available use car cigarette lighter socket, if none of the
mentioned are available (in the worst case) use the battery system provided.
3) Fill the car washer to the brim, and the spray gun with water.
4) Add 10ML of car shampoo to the spray gun.
5) Swiftly prewash the car with the help of the fine mist of water from the car washer.
6) Spray the shampoo solution all over the car including tyre rims.
7) Use the sponge all over the car body including the tyre rims, the grill .
8) Use the included wheel brush to remove all dirt from the wheel front (dont use on rims and grip).
9) Use the jet spray from the washer to clean the tyre arches and the mud guard, again use the jet for any other
dirt that is stuck on the car body.
10) Finally remove the soap applied with the jet of water from the washer.
11) Use the included glass cleaner to remove the excess water from the front and rear windshield.

12) Use a dry cloth to remove excess water from all over the body including the two side mirrors. No water droplets
should remain on the body at the end of the service.

Steps to be completed with in 15 minutes of arrival (Interior):*

Remove all floor mats.

Use the brush included to swiftly collect the dirt in one place.
Use the included vacuum cleaner to eliminate this dirt.
Use the vacuum cleaner very swiftly to vacuum all seats an slots or cutouts in the car.
Repeat steps 2 & 3 for the boot.
Spray the dashboard dress on the dashboard and use a dry cloth to restore the shine of the dashboard.**
Spray only once the car perfume included in the kit.

On completion of the job, tick the correct checkboxes and fill up the invoice details as specified from the HQ.
Try to obtain the customer satisfaction code, only if the customer is satisfied from the service, dont force them.
Ask the customer to fill up the feedback section.
