Imperialism Article Annotations Reflection

In my Global Studies class, we were given a document on the history

of European imperialism in Africa and were told to annotate it. I learned
how to annotate in English class and was able to successfully apply the skill
to this document in Global Studies. Ive also had English classes in middle
school that have also required me to annotate passages and books, further
preparing me for this activity. This is an example of Agility and Adaptability
because I am applying a skill I originally developed in my English classes to
help me understand material in my Global Studies class. Agility and
adaptability is the ability to use what you have learned in class or setting in
a different class or setting. Though I have had practice, Ive never been the
most thorough annotator, occasionally missing major details in my notes.
As I go through high school, I know I will get better through practice in my
other classes.
