Scope of Work:
1. Floor Cleaning:
a. Stripping and Scrubbing of entire tiled floor using an abrasive pad with a good floor
polisher, floor polisher brush, stripping pads, using the right chemical for deep
cleaning: for the removal of stains, cements, dirt from the floor
This includes manpower, equipments such as floor machines, chemicals and supplies necessary
to clean the area covered.
(Additional Cost: Mobilization and transportation and/admin cost for outside Metro Manila)

: 353,430.00

Terms of Payments

: 50% downpayment before the job starts

50% balance upon completion of work
