- APPLICATION FOR RELOCATION OF TM TEMPORARY
FACILITIES.
The above mentioned subject is referred.
We are pleased to inform your good office that, ABC is the
appointed design and build contractor by XYZ for the project
mentioned above.
For your information, ABC would like to apply for TM telephone
line (2 telephone numbers) and internet services for use at AIT
Office. ABC propose to remove the existing TM temporary
facility connected to AIT Office, and apply for new TM
connection from TM facilities inside 123.
The removal of existing TM temporary facility is due to the
overhead route will obstruct our construction activity. The target
date for removal of existing TM facility is on 1st January 2016,
and apply for a new TM connection from TM facilities inside 123
is on 10th January aaaa.
