The Hospices of Henry Ford Health System SandCastles Grief Support Program” for Children, Teens & Families SandCastles Grief SupportProgram™ provides 2 supportive ‘environment for children and teens, age3-18, and their families who brave experienced the death of someone loved. Groups meet twice a month on a weekday evening from 615 - 8:00pm. Services are provided ‘at no cost and a shortintake process is required. SandCastles provides grieving children, teens and adults the ‘opportunity to come together for nurturing and strength asthey journey through the world of grief. Participating in groups withpeers ‘can help to normaize the grief experience through group discussions, activities and peer support.
