17 Couldn't accomplish the day 3 sets of 8 10 7 7 10. Will have to bui

75 Very good stamina throughout these sets. Got to 20 and 18 within

he sets. Last two sets were spread out over atleast 5 minutes
7 10. Will have to build up strength again because of my lack of diligence in the exercise

ot to 20 and 18 within 2 sets. New milstone of reps in a set and also total pushups. Up to 60!! Woo
