a) State the hydrostatic and stability data already programmed into the
instrument.

Hydrostatic particulars (Draught, Displacement, TPC, MCTC, LCB, LCF, KM,
KB)
Light ship data including KG and displacement
KN values
Simplified stability data, Eg. Maximum KG
Grain loading data
Wind heeling data
Ice allowance data
Stability limits (Loadline, Grain, Timber)
b) Describe the information to be entered into the instrument by the ships
officer.
RD of the Sea water / Dock water
RD of liquids (Fuel, Ballast, Liquid cargo)
Stowage factor of bulk cargo
Loadline zones
Location and weight of individual items of deadweight (Cargo, Fuel, Ballast,
Stores, FW)
