PRODUCTION SCHEDULE

FOR IMPRINTED BY LIV WILLIAMS & LUCY HEANEY

TEST FILMING - 28 TH NOVEMBER SATURDAY

Lucy and I will be test filming our location on this specific date as the parish is not in use.
This gives us an advantage of more time and non-busy shots/film. We will be test filming
for a number of reasons.

1.

To check if the lighting will be more ideal during the daytime or the nighttime for our
horror opening.

2. To check the risk of clear vision for our actors and obviously Lucy and I.
3.

To familiarise ourselves with the surroundings so that we can get a clear idea of where
we will base our props and filming equipment.

4. To really be able to picture our storyline and opening in the environmental space and
possibly develop a vision of how everything will work e.g where the actors will be
positioned for the best lighting/picture.
5. To really get an overall representation of the building and to perceive whether the whole
film opening will be acceptable within this area.

TEST FILMING - 28 TH NOVEMBER SATURDAY

I decided to test film on this date so that I could get a clear and
precise view of what my location would look like in different lighting.
The first two videos are for space awareness and also to ponder
whether I would shut all the curtains but turn on the main lights. In
the third video there is no lights on just a few curtains open which I
preferred as it gave the room a more eery (darker) feel. However
when the outside light becomes dark I will have to shut all curtains
and use the main light therefore leading me to edit the final footage
down to the same lighting/appearance.
Overall this location was ideal as it suited every single aspect/feature
on the list (slide 1).

FILMING AND PRODUCTION

Our final chosen date to film was on January 3 rd 2016. This was
purely down to the fact that all the actors and actresses, producers
and directors were available. The Dursley Parish was also available
on this date so we came to a conclusion and hired it out for the
Sunday.
All the filming took around 5 and a half hours as we spent the
whole day in focus. We managed to get it all done in one day which
made our project easier as we wouldn'tt have to re-do the scene,
costumes, makeup, exact lighting etc.
