    1- Orientation Program
    The orientation program for the students of B.com Ist year was
    organized in the auditorium of Shri Ram college on September 7,
    2015. It was an introduction of college and faculty for the students.
    Honorable Chairman Dr. S.C. Kulshreshtha, Dr. B.K. Tyagi, Executive
    Director SRGC and Dr. invited as the chief Guest of the event. There
    Dr. Kulshreshtha induced the working environment of college to the
    new comer students. He also explained the true meaning of success
    in life, the value of morals as well as money. Besides this Honorable
    Chairman presented gifts to the students and blessed them for their
    bright future.

    2- Debate Competition
    A debate competition was organized by the Commerce department
    on November 5, 2015 at the auditorium of SRCTwo topics were
    decided for the debate as- Does Private sector provide better job
    placement? And the second was- Does money motivate people more than
    any other factor at workplace?
    . Near about 200 students of the college applied for the competition out of
    them 75 students were short listed on the basis of their presentation and they
    participated in the final competition on November 5, 2015
    Dr. B.K.Tyagi, Executive Director of Shri Ram Group Of Colleges and
    Dr. M.S. Tomer, Director Shri Ram College were invited as the chief guest
    of the event. And as the Jury of competition Mrs. Prerna Mittal, Deen of
    Deptt. Of Education, Dr. Ashwani Kumar, Deen of Deptt. Of Bioscience &
    Mr. Ravi Gautam, Head of Deptt. Of Journalism honored the event
    . At the end of competition the results were announced At the first subjectPrivate sector Rabiya Khan (Comm.) got the first prize, Shivi Chaudhary
    ( Bioscience) & Kamini (Comm.) got second and third prizes respectively.
    For the another subject money, Chhavi Chaudhary (BBA), Akshay Kumar
    (BJMC), Manoj Kumar (Comm.) got first, second & third prizes

    respectively. Besides this Shivam Kaushik (commerce), Salim Khan (BJMC)


    &Viral Vashishtha (Comm) were awarded with consolation prizes.
    All the awards were presented by the Honorable chief guests Dr.
    B.K. Tyagi & Dr. M.S. Tomer.
