This job first was a sales position in the Eau Claire office for about
1 year until transferred to the Superior, Wi office to take on the role of
manager. This position/job entailed writing loans using vehicle titles
as collateral and writing payday loans. other office duties included,
filing , auditing, overseeing employees, customer service, computer
knowledge, security of your own office, including all cleaning and
maintenance of your office, sales calls, collection calls, courtesy
calling, banking, taking customer payments, check writing, bill paying,
scheduling employees, managing and overseeing employee
workmanship, including training and hiring, interviewing and firing.
You name it I had to do it, this was my office , I was in charge of it all.
