INFORMATION
The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor hereby accuses Big Bad Wolf of the crime
of Murder committed as follows:
That on or about December 12, 2015, in the city of Makati within the jurisdiction of
this Honorable Court, the said accused, with treachery and evident premeditation and
with intent to kill, armed with his fangs did then and there willfully, unlawfully and
feloniously attack, assault and stab one Granny, thereby, inflicting mortal wounds in
different parts of her body, which directly caused her death.
