To Whom It May Concern
‘On behalf of the Federation of Aboriginal Nations of America, it is our great pleasure and
privilege to extend this Declaration of Membership Acceptance into FANA on behalf of the Usquepaug-
Nehantick Nahaganset Tribe, of the territories contemporarily referred to as Richmond and South
Kingstown, Rhode Island.
The Usquepaug-Nehantick Nahaganset Tribe is a pre-Colonial era Tribe, consisting of bloodline
descendants of the aboriginal inhabitants of the Usquepaug territories, who have possessed these lands
since time immemorial
The Usquepaug-Nehantick Nahaganset Tribe is now formally and officially declared a Member
Nation of FANA, and as such is entitled to shall enjoy all privileges, rights, protections and immunities
afforded Indian tribes, clans, individuals and nations (indigenous / aboriginal peoples) existing on planet
earth and throughout the natural worl, ie. Turtle Island.
FANA supports the forward progress of the collective Aboriginal Community, and pledges to
continue to work for the betterment of and proactively collaborate with any other Aboriginal Nations,
Tribes and/or organizations who share FANA’s perspective and values, and wish to support our efforts.
