Introduction
Over the last couple of years, food and beverage has been
known as the largest industry group. Food and beverage outlets
include any restaurants from fast service to fine dinning, as well
as pubs, bars, nightclubs and lounges. There are also food and
beverage chains located in certain bookstores and department
stores. Even when walking through the airport, there are cafes
and small fast food restaurants every time you turn around. As
the food and beverage industry continues to grow, more
positions/jobs are becoming available. In 2006, over 775,000
people were employed within the food and beverage industry!
