State Teams to Distribute Water Resources Across Flint

State working to get needed supplies to residents

WHO:

Water resource teams, comprised of state personnel and Michigan State Police (MSP)
troopers

WHAT:

At 8:15 a.m. MSP Spl/F/Lt. Dave Kaiser will provide a brief overview of the role of the
water resource teams.
At 8:30 a.m., media will have an opportunity to get footage and photos of the water
resource teams as they go door-to-door to distribute free bottled water, water filters,
water filter replacement cartridges and water testing kits to residents throughout the city.

being coordinated by the State of Michigan in partnership with the City of Flint, Genesee
County and local community organizations.
