    An Automated Guided Vehicle is needed to automate the transfer of parts from six molding machines in a production area to storage, in order to maximize utilization of the production area and prevent it from being used as a storage space. Each of the six machines will have a dedicated AGV to transfer its production to storage. Implementing AGVs will help reduce labor costs, provide consistency, move the company towards new technology, and give a good impression to suppliers and potential new suppliers.

    The primary need of Automated Guided Vehicle is to automate the process of transfering parts from production area to store.There are six moulding machine in production
    area and each machine production should be taken to store.The production area should
    not be used as the storage of the production part.
    The maximum utilization of production area is our basic concern.The production
    should be take care by the Automated guided vehicle.This help us to shape our production in organized way.
    Each machine have its own dedicated AGV which is responsible for transfering production of that particular machine to store.
    This project help us in reducing labour cost,consistency.Its also help us to move
    towards new technology and increase our company impression on our supplier and help
    us to motivate new supplier.
