INFORMATION
The undersigned Associate Prosecution Attorney accuses
BENILYN J. RAMIREZ of the crime of Qualified Theft punishable
under Article 310 of the RPC committed as follows:
That sometime on the 17th of March 2015, in the City of San
Fernando, Province of La Union, Philippines and within the
jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above-named accused,
with grave abuse of confidence and intent to gain, being a
saleslady of Bower General Merchandise, owned and operated by
ALEXANDER ASUNSCION Y BABAAN, did then and there
willfully, unlawfully and feloniously steal and take away two (2)
dozens of Sunsilk Shampoo and three (3) dozens of Creamsilk
worth Three Hundred Pesos (P300.00), Philippine Currency
belonging to ALEXANDER ASUNSCION Y BABAAN, without the
knowledge and consent of the the latter, to the damage and
prejudice of the said offended party in the aforesaid amount and
consequential damages.
