Aoife

(ee-fuh)

Foxfur

Age: 30
Race: Lightfoot Halfling
Class: Cleric
Height: 3"2
The family name "Foxfur" is from the bright red
hair that springs up in the Foxfur clan lines. However,
Aoife's hair is a plain, mousy brown, and as the last
of the Foxfur clan, there may be no more of the
notorious "Foxfur-red" seen in the world again.
Aoife is quiet, warm, nurturing, and a
daydreamer. She is peaceful and loves wandering the
forests, hills, and secret waters in the wild country
around her village.
Before embarking on this new adventure, Aoife
lived in a cabin on the outskirts of her remote
mountain village. Despite her solitary lodging, she
played a intrinsic role in her community: healing
wounds and sicknesses, giving counsel, and
discussing the customs and philosophies of Eldath,
as she saw them. It was not long before the villagers
began to regard her as something like a sage,
despite her discomfort in being seen as so.
Though never indoctrinated into any sort of
priesthood, Aoife has respected the goddess Eldath
as far back as she can remember, following her ways
and observing her rituals. And when the goddess
lends her power for tasks great and small, it feels as

natural as the sun on her shoulders or the wind at

her back.
She has birthed two children to two different
wanderers who passed through her village. (She has
a weakness for new and interesting folk, and when
they're tall [nearly 4"!], dark, and handsome, all's the
better!)
Though she cherished the idea of being a mother
-undaunted and unbothered by the idea of raising the
babes alone- neither child lived past their first year.
When her second child passed, she felt a strong
pang of wanderlust to leave the village that she'd
dwelled in for so long. Whether the feeling was
guided by Eldath's gentle hand, or merely the
disappointment of having a second child slip away
from her, she decided to trust the longing in herself
and set out for new lands.
