    Appeal of the Public Employment Relations Board decision


    San Diego, CA: As an advocate and proponent of Proposition B, I commend my council colleagues
    for spearheading an appeal of the Public Employment Relations Board decision to rescind a voterapproved pension reform measure in a court of law. After failed attempts in court to prevent voters
    from voting on this measure, nearly two-thirds of voters overwhelmingly supported this reform
    that will save San Diegans nearly one billion dollars.

    Chris Cate is an advocate and voice for all residents in District 6. Chris proudly represents the
    neighborhoods of Clairemont Mesa, Kearny Mesa, Mira Mesa, Miramar, Park Village and Sorrento
