Background & Design Challenge


The One Small Change program at SLCC aims to:

Educate participants (full-time staff and faculty) about the behavior change
process using current health behavior models and theories
Teach the participants skills necessary to stage their own change and apply the
knowledge to any area in their lives

Main challenges:

Not accessible all of the time


Didactic lecture is limiting
No current assessment being done
