Summary
I did rhythmic gymnastics competitively for 12 years and I have been a rhythmic gymnastics coach for the past 3 years. I
train girls between the ages of 4 to 16. I am a trainer who is organized, driven and effective at using efficient methods of
teaching while focusing on the individual needs of each gymnast. As a coach my specialty is being knowledgeable about
theories and methods used in designing, developing and delivering successful gymnastics practices and adult learning
concepts.

Accomplishments
My last and 12th year of training in rhythmic gymnastics I was the regional champion and was awarded the title of
"Athlete of the Year" in 2012. I was also on the Junior Olympic team for 2 consecutive years.
I have helped coach national champions who are currently on the USA rhythmic gymnastics Elite team and whom I've
helped qualify into the Junior Olympics as well. I coach along side a "Master of Sports" of Russia in rhythmic
gymnastics. She is also a participant and winner of the All-Russian tournaments and championships and was trained in
the sports school of rhythmic gymnastics at the Sverdlovsk Regional Voluntary Sports Society Spartacus under the
leadership of an honored coach of Russia Ratmansky Rosalia Bilyalovny and a senior honored "Master of Sports" of the
USSR Nazmutdinova Lilia Bilyalovny . The title of Master of Sports of Russia was awarded to her by the Russian State
Committee for Physical Culture and Tourism. She hired me my freshman year of college and I have been working with
her ever since.
